The Air Jordan 1 Mid ÃÆ’¢â‚¬Å“SonicsÃÆ’¢â‚¬Â is a colorway of Michael JordanÃÆ’¢â‚¬â„¢s first signature shoe in the mid-top silhouette that features the former team uniform colors of the Seattle Supersonics. The now-defunct Sonics who relocated to become the Oklahoma City Thunder in the late 2000s wore green-and-yellow team uniforms and were among the most popular basketball teams in the NBA back in the day. The ÃÆ’¢â‚¬Å“SonicsÃÆ’¢â‚¬Â Jordan 1 Mid unofficially honors the team with Noble Green leather overlays against a white leather base. A green leather Swoosh resides on either side of the shoe. A white ÃÆ’¢â‚¬Å“WingsÃÆ’¢â‚¬Â logo is found on the collar and white Jumpman and ÃÆ’¢â‚¬Å“AirÃÆ’¢â‚¬Â detailing appears on the green leather tongue tag. A Pollen-colored collar adds to the Sonic-inspired look.
